MINISTER VERONICA ROBINSON
Minister Robinson is a native Washingtonian.
She is the mother of two and has three grandchildren.
She was called into the ministry in 1989,
and attended National Church of God’s Ministerial and Advanced Ministerial Internship
Programs. After the death of her husband in l992, Minister Robinson retired
from the federal government with twenty-eight years of service. She went
on to further develop herself for ministry and attended Rhema Bible Training
Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Minister Robinson received her Bachelor of
Ministry degree with emphasis of Pastoral Care, and is currently working on
her Master of Theology degree at the National Bible College and Seminary in
Fort Washington, Maryland. She also completed the Church of God, Ministerial
Affirmation Program in May 2000.
Minister Robinson has ministered throughout the D.C. Metropolitan area,
South Carolina, Florida, as well internationally in Puerto Rica, Guyana,
Germany, and Jamaica.
Minister Robinson is currently a member
of the National Church of God, Fort Washington, Maryland under the leadership
of Bishop. Stephen L. Lowery. She has served as an adjunct professor in the
National Bible College and Seminary; a teacher in the Family Life Ministry and
the National Women’s Circle Ministry; a board member of National Single’s Ministry;
a member of the Praise and Worship Team, Choir; and director of God’s Witness
Singing Group.
Recognizing a need to encourage women in
the Body of Christ who are believing God for their husband’s salvation, God
birthed in Minister Robinson’s heart “Sara’s Daughters – A Women’s Support Ministry.”
The goal of this ministry is to encourage wives who are unequally yoked to look
at their behavior in the marriage to ensure that they are not a hindrance to
God’s plan for their husband’s lives. This is accomplished by personal
counseling, support group, Bible study, prayer, and testimonies. Minister
Robinson’s dream is to see the harvest of husbands of many First Peter Three
wives saved as a result of their wife’s willingness to be used as a vessel by
God to draw them into the fold. |
